As tea specialists, we continue to test a never-ending stream of samples from all over the world and we invite you to experience the quality with us. Each tea that we offer is subjected to an intensive inspection with a process that is repeated several times. We inspect the tea immediately after harvest, at the time of shipment, and once again after it reaches our warehouse.
In addition, our quality control department analyzes herbs and fruits for physical traits such as bulk weight, issues with drying, and oil content.
About Our
Quality
In the subsequent production process, we check the quality of the raw tea products from production to delivery. This is a process we do to ensure the product is certified, reliable, trackable, and transparent for our customers. We ensure traceability from raw material to end product.
Sensory and analytical tests are carried out both at our company and by renowned external test laboratories. With over 1,600 tea blends, we want to ensure that you have plenty of options to choose from with the peace of mind that you’re receiving quality every time.
Packaging
Packaging ranges from black bottom bags, cardboard packaging, tubular bags, and glass by request.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is typically 10 days after the order approval but can vary depending on the custom label requests.
